CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 Latest News: After CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 was cancelled, it was announced that the board exam candidates will be evaluated by a well-defined criteria. Now, the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 students and their guardians are wondering that when will the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announce this ‘well-defined objective criteria’. As per CBSE officials, it will take at least two weeks for structuring this evaluation criteria.
CBSE Class 12 Board students must keep an eye on the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in for any updates related to the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021.
According to an ANI report, CBSE officials have informed that the structuring of the evaluation criteria for CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 students will take at least two weeks. While speaking to ANI, a senior CBSE official said, “The process of completion of the criteria for evaluation of Class 12 students will take at least two weeks.”
The decision to call off the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 was taken on Tuesday after Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a meeting on this issue. As per the release from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), in that meeting, the PM said that all stakeholders need to be sensitive towards the students. He has also directed officials to ensure that the results will be prepared in accordance with well-defined criteria, in a fair and time-bound manner. It has also been decided that like last year, in case some students desire to take the exams, such an option would be provided to them by CBSE, as and when the situation becomes conducive.
Anurag Tripathi, Secretary, CBSE, informed, “We are in the process of structuring the criteria for Class 12 evaluation. We will put in the public domain once it is completed. The decision is yet to be made.” Tripathi has also assured the parents, teachers, principals and students not to panic and wait for bit for the announcement of the CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 evaluation criteria.
The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam 2021 was supposed to take place from May 4, 2021, till June 4, 2021. On April 14, 2021, the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 was also cancelled. The CBSE has also announced the marks tabulation policy based on which the CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2021 students will be evaluated.
